As a Generative AI Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced generative AI models to solve intricate business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Model Development : Design and build generative AI models tailored to enterprise needs, including natural language generation, image synthesis, and data augmentation.

- Data Management : Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets to train and fine-tune AI models, ensuring high data quality and relevance.

- Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless deployment.

- Performance Optimization : Monitor and enhance the performance of AI models, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Research and Innovation : Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into our solutions.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are a plus.

- Experience : 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying generative AI models, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.

Technical Skills :

Generative AI Expertise :

- Proficiency in generative models like GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and diffusion models.

- Experience with NLP models such as transformers (e., GPT, BERT) for tasks like text generation and understanding.

- Familiarity with image and video generation techniques, including deepfakes and image-to-image translation.

Machine Learning and Deep Learning :

- Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.

- Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Hugging Face Transformers.

Programming Languages :

- Advanced skills in Python for AI model development and data manipulation.
