- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid ads.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEMrush.
- Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Ads Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, ROI, and cost-effectiveness.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall business goals.
- Perform market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Content Creation & Ad Copy:
- Design engaging ad creatives and write compelling ad copy tailored to the platform and audience.
- Work with graphic designers and content teams to create high-quality visuals and videos for campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Generate and present reports on key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively across platforms.
- Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
- SEO & SEM Coordination:
- Ensure paid strategies complement organic search efforts.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance visibility and overall marketing performance.
