Digital Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Devising strategies to drive online traffic to our website.
2. Plan and execute an online marketing plan for traffic growth through Search Engines, Social Media & Newsletters.
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize effort and performance based on the insights.
5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
7. Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
8. You'll be responsible for tracking & growing conversion rates by recommending improvements to the website.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduate with 3-8 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience SEO, Paid Search and Team Management for websites.
3. Good analytical skills to bring in traffic data based execution plans for the online marketing team.
4. Hands-on experience in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PPC, SEMRush/Ahref, Social Media Platforms.
5. Excellent oral & written communication skills
