Email Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing email strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the content, design, and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance and enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Manage and optimize automated email workflows, including welcome sequences, re-engagement, and promotional campaigns.
• Utilize segmentation and personalization strategies to improve email performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and content to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Analyze email campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Ensure email deliverability and compliance with best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new email marketing tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or Iterable).
• Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and personalization.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics or other reporting platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and content strategy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with eCommerce or SaaS industries is a plus.
