Assistant Manager Accounts

Job Responsibilities:

1. GST Assessment, Audit, Return Filing & Reconciliation: Manage and oversee the GST-related processes, ensuring timely and accurate filings, reconciliation, and audits.
2. TDS Return & Reconciliation: Handle TDS returns and ensure accurate reconciliation with tax records.
3. Debtor Ageing: Monitor and manage debtor ageing reports, ensuring timely collections and addressing any discrepancies.
4. ROC Compliance: Oversee and ensure compliance with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) regulations and filing requirements.
5. Factory Stock Audit & Query Handling: Conduct factory visit for stock audits and address any related queries to ensure proper stock management.
6. Bank Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliation to maintain financial integrity.
7. Debtor Reconciliation: Manage and perform regular reconciliation of debtor accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
8. Finalization: Support in the finalization of financial statements and reports.
9. Financial Closing: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• CA Inter, M.Com, or B.Com with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, debtor reconciliation, and financial closing.

• Familiarity with factory or manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
