Enterprise Customer Success Manager India (f/m/d)

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) has responsibility for the overall success of our VIP EcoStruxure IT customers in India along with the capability to manage the key VIP customers in the other regions (if necessary) . This includes the successful adoption of our software solutions for new and existing customers, to identification of expansion opportunities with both new and existing customers, to the successful renewal of EcoStruxure IT product subscriptions and/or support contracts.
Your Work Field
Your engagement with your VIP customers is post-sales . Through this relationship you are driving proactive methods to achieve agreed-upon success metrics.
You understand and document VIP customer s primary challenges, goals, and definitions of success and deliver basic product functionality as well as showcase best practices for purchased solutions, namely Data Center Expert (DCE), IT Advisor (ITA), Netbotz & IT Expert (ITE).
Your responsibility is the proactive success management with VIP Accounts including holding regular meetings to create an engagement model and share feedback with relevant stakeholders (i.e., Commercial Teams, Product Management, Technical Support).
The recognition of expansion opportunities is one of your tasks. Identify opportunities for training (eLearning), services, to migrate to Cloud (DCE to ITE, DCO/ITA On-Prem to ITA Hosted) and EcoStruxure IT Custom Solutions (3rd Party DDF Creation, Custom Integration, SSO Integration).
In partnership with the Licensing & Renewals teams you are aiding the renewals process .
Partnering with key stakeholders like Sales Team, ITE Customer Success Team, Service Teams, Product Management and License & Renewal Team.
You are required to work in close coordination with India EcoStruxure IT Solutions Team & EcoStruxure IT Business Leaders to identify enterprise customers to recognize expansion opportunities.
You are also required to work closely with Projects & Services (GFS & LoB) to understand EcoStruxure IT implemented solutions with Enterprise Customers and understand gaps if any.
You expected to understand enterprise customer s expectations with EcoStruxure IT platform as per their business objectives and align the software implementation strategy accordingly in close coordination with services.
You will be responsible for ensuring enterprise customers have complete understanding of upgraded software versions, thereby you will be instrumental in assisting software renewal teams to secure software support contracts every year.

You have completed Bachelor s Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in a Software Industry.
