Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Business Development
Identify potential dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Expand the companys network and generate new business opportunities.
2. Sales & Client Relationship Management
Visit dealers, retailers, and construction sites to promote plywood and wooden doors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and onboard new customers.
Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
3. Product Promotion & Brand Awareness
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to dealers and end-users.
Educate customers about the quality, durability, and pricing of plywood and doors.Organize on-site promotional events and marketing campaigns.
4. Sales Target Achievement
Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions if required.
5. Order Management & Coordination
Collect and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure smooth supply chain management.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions for quality or delivery issues.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of daily visits, sales data, and customer feedback.
Prepare reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.Share insights with management to improve marketing strategies.
7. Training & Knowledge Enhancement
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product innovations, and market demands.
Attend workshops, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance knowledge.Train dealers and sales teams on product specifications and selling techniques.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of plywood, wooden doors, and allied products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of B2B & B2C sales strategies.
Ability to travel frequently and manage a sales territory efficiently.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
