You will play a key role in driving collaboration with real estate builders and developers, managing partnerships, and generating bulk leads for the organization. You will oversee the onboarding process of real estate partners, facilitate APF (Approved Project Financing), and ensure that the right services are provided throughout the customer's home loan journey. Additionally, you will manage key relationships and ensure effective communication between builders, channel partners, and internal teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Builder & Developer Collaboration: Manage multiple builder and real estate developer relationships to facilitate home loans through BASIC. Ensure ongoing collaboration and bulk lead generation.
- Onboarding & Partnerships: Scout and onboard real estate builders and channel partners for home loans and mortgage servicing alliances. Facilitate smooth onboarding by reducing the TAT and providing necessary support and training.
- APF Facilitation: Plan and execute key initiatives such as APF (Approved Project Financing), builder mandates, and builder-specific financier subvention grids in coordination with the financier alliance team.
- Lead Generation & Service Management: Collaborate with builders and channel partners to generate bulk leads. Ensure the right set of services is provided throughout the loan application process, ensuring a seamless experience for both partners and customers.
- Relationship Expansion: Expand relationships with existing customers and partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Conduct engagement activities across the builder and channel partner segments.
- KAM & Fulfillment Team Management: Manage key account managers (KAMs) and the fulfillment team to ensure timely loan disbursements and fulfillment of partner requirements.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations from partners and their customers, ensuring a high level of service and quick resolution of issues.
- Billing & MIS: Ensure timely invoicing and reconciliation for builder and channel partner services. Maintain regular MIS reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Feedback & Optimization: Conduct weekly calls and in-person meetings with partners to gather feedback on lead quality, conversion rates, and identify opportunities to improve lead inflow and conversion.
- Channel Partner Support: Facilitate training and ongoing support to channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to generate and convert leads using BASIC's platform.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the link between key customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on objectives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in managing relationships with real estate builders, developers, and channel partners.
- Expertise in the home loan and mortgage sector, particularly in APF facilitation, builder mandates, and lead generation.
- Proven ability to onboard, train, and support builders and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze and optimize lead generation and fulfillment processes.
- Experience in escalation management and maintaining service quality for partners and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role, managing builder relationships, preferably in the home loan or real estate sector.
- Proven track record in generating bulk leads and managing partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the home loan market and mortgage servicing.
