JOB DETAILS

• Role: "Debt Recovery Agent (Domestic Voice Process - Outbound)"
• Location: Vadodara (GJ)
• Job type: Full time (Work From Office)
• Experience: Fresher
• Salary: Upto Rs.16,700/- CTC per month
• Job timings: General Shift (9.15 AM - 6.30 PM)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Make Outbound calls to customers and inform them about their loan overdue and convince them to pay the outstanding loan amount.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Target based calling with a major focus on conversion.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Qualification: Minimum HSC & above
• Immediate joiner
• Can communicate fluently in Hindi & Gujarati
• Passion to work in a call centre
• Shall not be pursuing any kind of education at present
