• Role: Debt Recovery Agent (Outbound Voice Process)
• Location: Vadodara (GJ)
• Job type: Full time | Work From Office
• Experience: 0 - 6 M

Job description

• Make Outbound calls to customers and inform them about their loan overdue and convince them to pay the outstanding loan amount.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Target based calling with a major focus on conversion.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.

Desired candidate profile

• Qualification: HSC & above
• Immediate joiner
• Can communicate fluently in Hindi & Gujarati
• Passion to work in a call center
• Shall not be pursuing any kind of education at present
