• Must hold Graduate or above degree
• Proven work experience as a Quality Analyst in a call center background, minimum 2 years
• Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
• Compile and analyze statistical data with 7 QC tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent skills in MS office, advanced excel and dashboard making
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases
• Good Team work ability
• Able to lead a team of 3 to 5 team members
