To Be Successful As a Software Engineer You Should Have Experience With.
Experience as Designer and Development Lead of Mobile Applications (BaaP), Online Banking Applications, Full Serve, API etc Create/Review component designs and collaborate with other component design and build teams, ensuring that end-to-end system design is followed.
Lead component teams in the delivery of software releases for one or more applications / products across the end-to-end software development lifecycle through the use of internal & 3rd party resources.
Undertake impact assessment of change requests against applications / products within domain.
Hands on Software development consisting of some of the following languages and technologies: Using Java (Servlets, JSPs, EJB, Javascript).
J2EE Frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot), Design Patterns.
UI Frameworks : React /Angular.
Databases (Oracle / DB2 / SQL / IMS DEDB ).
Webservices / knowledge of WSDL SOAP & REST.
Application servers (Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat).
Version Control Software (Clearcase / SVN / CVS / Git).
Person should have good Banking Domain Knowledge associated with Mortgages / Secured Borrowing.
This role is based out of Pune.

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organizations technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
