Job Description

Join us as an Analytics Workstream Lead. At Barclays, we don t just embrace change - we drive it and help craft innovative solutions. He will be responsible to lead the Adobe Analytics implementation for iPortal and DCP Customer Experience Journey s Analysis to get insights on customer journeys especially to identify their pain points like drop out reasons from the journeys using the technological skillset of capturing customer behaviour getting captured in Adobe Analytics data mode and performing Data Analysis, Data Warehousing, MI Reporting and Visualization and Application function to meet business requirements, in line with Group IT Strategies & Architectures, and Technology Domains. Provides inputs to the ongoing development of these strategies and architectures. Leads the development & delivery teams aligned to this function.

To be successful as an Analytics Workstream Lead, you should have experience with

  • Adobe Analytics experience with strong understanding of analytics solution implementation, reporting and dashboard creation. Data Integration via Integration of various data sources with AEP (Adobe experience platform) and analytics, including APIs. Experience in Tag Management System with Adobe launch using web SDK. Data Privacy and compliances with knowledge of data governess, privacy regulations (e.g GDPR) and best practices. Lead the functional requirements and technical solutions and design by front facing business, architecture and other stakeholders.
  • To provide support for end-to-end Web Analytics design solutions and Architecture in defining strategies. Be able to lead solutions capturing customer journeys on mobile or web applications and mapping into Data warehousing and visual representation in MI Applications within Corporate Banking. To lead and provide guidance and support to development and maintenance teams for data analysis, event tagging modelling and presentation.
  • To understand the overall purpose of the projects and contribute to data analysis, modelling, Concept and High-Level design and provide solutions from a Web Analytics perspective. Provide approval and oversight to requirement documents as entry criteria to design and development.

Some other highly valued skills may include

  • Accountable for closure of any requirements and design related queries/issues. Leading a team of designers & developers working on one or multiple projects of varying complexity, undertaking the following activities, maintaining overall accountability for the work of the team in terms of quality and timeliness of delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of AEP feature (Adobe experience platform), data management and customer profiles.
  • Hands-on support to build and development team for issue resolution and completion. Understanding of JavaScript for tag management. Cloud Technologies especially cloud computing concepts within adobes ecosystem.

This role is based in our Pune office.

Purpose of the role

To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.

Accountabilities

  • Management of the delivery, resource allocation and improvement of complex technical project capabilities across the bank using Agile/Scrum methodologies for planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives and the execution of sprints.
  • Collaboration with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trails to support the proposal of technically feasible solutions, and effort and timeline expectations.
  • Collaboration with software engineers, quality teams, product managers and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle aligned to the banks objectives, regulation and security policies.
  • Identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with technical projects to prepare the bank for potential challenges.
  • Management of change requests and communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Management of vendor relations involved in technical projects to ensure they deliver according to agreed terms.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies, to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improving deliver outcomes and to foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence and growth.

  • Adopt and include the outcomes of extensive research in problem solving processes.
  • Seek out, build and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to accomplish key business objectives, using influencing and negotiating skills to achieve outcomes.
