Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work of a building under construction. Also having sound understanding of the impact of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing settings within the construction process.

About the Role:

• experience in IBMS/ELV systems having hands-on knowledge in systems like BMS, FAS, CCTV ACS
• projects installation experience, like schedule tracking, vendor management, site coordination with multiple stakeholders .
• knowledge on EHS, Planning, JMS certifications, materials inspection at site and daily reporting on the work progress
• Overall system commissioning experience.

About You:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in BMS / ELV system
• Technical awareness of construction works
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
