Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  
• Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and communicate effectively with families.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Medical-MS/MD (Anaesthesiology) or equivalent qualification.
  
• 2-7 years of experience in intensive care medicine (ICU).
  
• Strong knowledge of critical care principles, practices, and protocols.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
