4. Pricing and Promotions: Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts to drive sales and revenue growth for ATTA products.
For Rice Products:
1. Variety Management: Manage a portfolio of rice varieties, including long-grain, short-grain, basmati, and jasmine, to cater to diverse customer preferences.
2. Quality Control: Ensure that rice products meet quality and safety standards, including purity, moisture content, and packaging.
3. Supply Chain Optimization: Optimize the supply chain for rice products, including sourcing, storage, and transportation, to minimize costs and ensure timely delivery.
4. Market Development: Identify and develop new markets for rice products, including export opportunities and emerging domestic markets.
For Oil Products:
1. Product Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of oil products, including edible oils, industrial oils, and specialty oils, to cater to diverse customer needs.
2. Quality Control: Ensure that oil products meet quality and safety standards, including purity, texture, and packaging.
3. Supply Chain Risk Management: Manage supply chain risks for oil products, including price volatility, supply disruptions, and logistics challenges.
4. Customer Education: Educate customers on the benefits and uses of different oil products, including cooking, industrial, and pharmaceutical applications.
