Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Node.js & React.js Developer to build robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. You will be responsible for both server-side and client-side development, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript, with a focus on Node.js for backend development and React.js for frontend development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development:
  
• Build and maintain scalable, efficient server-side applications using Node.js and related technologies.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
• Manage database systems (SQL or NoSQL) and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

• Frontend Development:
  
• Develop interactive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user experience.
• Implement state management using tools like Redux or Context API.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to implement design and functionality.

• Integration & Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with the backend and frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Collaborate in an agile environment to meet sprint goals and deadlines.

• Code Quality & Testing:
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement automated testing to ensure code reliability and reduce errors.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.

• Deployment & Maintenance:
  
• Work with DevOps to deploy applications to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or similar environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production systems to ensure uptime and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience:
  
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js and frontend development with React.js.
• Strong experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end technologies.

• Technical Skills:
  
• Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and related libraries.
• Strong understanding of React.js, Redux, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Problem-Solving:
  
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.

• Development Tools:
  
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

• Soft Skills:
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GraphQL or WebSocket integration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
