Role & responsibilities

• Create program and operate the CMM to inspect the parts as per the drawing or specification.
• Complete and maintain detailed and accurate dimensional inspection reports and data for analysis.
• Communication to concern if any quality issues in inward raw material
• Facing of customer audit and internal audit
• Communicating deviation details to concern
• Visit to customer place for any quality issues
• Ensure wearing PPEs
• Report any near miss or accident
• Conduct review meeting as when required.
• Study and update risk analysis when required.
• Should have knowledge of understanding and inspecting the GD&T parameters.
