Graphics Designer

Design visually compelling assets for digital and print media, including websites, brochures, posters, social media content, and advertisements.

Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for video projects, advertisements, social media, and more.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, video, and communication) to deliver creative solutions.

Develop design concepts, layouts, and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and project goals.

Edit and refine motion graphic assets, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.

Prepare final design files for production and collaborate with vendors as needed.

Ensure consistency of brand identity and style across all designs and motion graphics.

Stay up to date with design trends, animation techniques, and relevant software to continuously improve the quality of work.

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas for design and animation projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.

Solid experience in both graphic design (print and digital) and motion graphics/animation.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and adjust designs accordingly.

Proven ability to work within deadlines and maintain high standards of design and animation.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with 3D design software or animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).

Knowledge of interactive media or UI animation.

Experience with sound design or audio editing.

Familiarity with web design, HTML/CSS, or front-end development.
