are an experienced and proactive Senior System Engineer who excels in hardware management, end user support, network troubleshooting, and CCTV system management.

• This role is crucial in ensuring the organizations IT systems are robust,reliable, and secure.
• Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (desktops, laptops, peripherals) Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
• Network configuration and troubleshooting expertise (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Experience withActiveDirectory (AD) andDHCP management
• Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (specifically Sophos)
• CCTV systemmanagement and maintenance experience
• Network security fundamentals (firewalls, VPN)
• Patch management and systemupdate expertise
