Deputy Manager - Microfinance

Provide governance for allocated Microfinance region, review and monitor business compliance in sales and collections processes as per SOP
Ensuring business compliance framework is implemented for all allocated regions / locations.
Ensure regular audits are done across branches to ensure all processes are handled in compliant manner
Ensure the sample cases are picked up rightly for audits, includes customer calling to ensure all processes have been adhered to by branch teams.
Identify gaps that come up in audits and provide solutions to further strengthen the framework.
Training of team across branches and across bands to create awareness and inform about policy, product & processes changes.
Ensure month - month reduction in customer complaints & cancellation by ensuring that no miss-selling is being done.
Present findings in management reviews jointly with Head of business compliance for the allocated region and also update on actions taken and compliance around audit calendar set for the year
Visit Branches in the assigned region and meet employees to understand their pain areas, meet customers to understand their pain around processes.
Work closely with Risk Branch Audit team (RCU) and keep track on identified points by them, incorporate in business compliance audit framework to strengthen the processes for better and right customer experience.
To ensure all open identified points are closed in defined TAT

Educational Qualifications
Qualifications - Graduate / Post Graduate
Good command in excel is essential.
Work Experience - 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in managing business / sales / collections compliance
Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.
Excellent command over communication and presentation skills.
