Job Description:

Engineering lead -Partner Integration and salesforce

Key Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role:

• Requirement understanding and design/implementation of Salesforce Sales/Service & Salesforce Industries
• Salesforce Architecture design and implementation
• This is a hands on role, you will be expected to be involved in design and ensure an effective execution (guide on development and testing approach)
• Build Salesforce for performance and scale and resolve any product reliability & scalability issues
• Manager multiple data Integrations (via APIs and data related). This will be healthcare providers (hospitals/doctors etc.)
• Design and execute security guidelines for salesforce
• Team mentoring

Mandatory Skillset and Tools:

Experience in Salesforce (Sales and Service CRM) as senior lead/developer or architect role; Significant experience in handling application Integrations; Experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) a plus

Primary Skill:

Strong design capabilities in salesforce with documentation skills; Strong coding and salesforce data modeling skills. Good understanding of salesforce design patterns for integrations - API and web applications. Good exposure for scaling and performance tuning in salesforce

Secondary Skill:

Good written, verbal and presentation skills, Pro-active

Preferred Qualification:

BE/B.Tech with relevant Information systems experience
