System Analyst/System Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Understand and troubleshoot technology problems and offer solutions
2. Understand the technology infrastructure and Application architecture end to end
3. Understand the business requirements and deliver it through team
4. Support new technology initiatives and related technology deliveries
5. Plan, execute, track and report progress of initiatives taken up
6. Support/Guide team to handle all type of situations
7. Learn new tech stack and implement it on projects.

Key Decisions / Dimensions
1. Adopt new processes/ improve existing processes to deliver better business solutions
2. Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate
documentation
3. Attend review meetings, business user meetings, IT meetings etc

Major Challenges
1. Need to learn the latest tech stack and find a way to implement it in ongoing projects
2. Look into the existing structure and find different ways to improve it s performance and stability

Required Qualifications and Experience

B.E/ B.Tech /MCA
b) Work Experience
6 - 8 years
c) Skills Keywords
1. Require hands on experience in developing applications with .Net Core, Blazor (Min 3+ Y, Server
& Web Assembly SPA), WEB API. (Must have)
2. Require hands on experience on ADO.NET, PostgreSQL, MS SQL
3. Having experience in Azure (Azure Fn, Blob, Web Job) , Power Apps/Power pages, React (TS) is
added advantage.
4. Require good written and spoken communication skills
5. Require ability to lead a team and manage delivery.
6. Require proven abilities to analyze, debug and find solution to technology issues
7. Require process orientation, ability to adopt new processes and improve existing processes on
ongoing basis
8. Require experience in developing responsive web applications
9. Require hands on experience in scaling/load balancing applications
10. Require knowledge of Windows operating systems
