Development and Implementation

• 1. Developing and implementing an overall data strategy that is in line with business processes.
• 2. The strategy includes data model designs, database development, implementation, standards, team handling and code review.

Coordinating and Collaborating

• 1. Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system
• 2. Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges
• 3. Ability to communicate strategies and processes around data modelling and architecture to cross functional groups and senior levels

Design

• 1. Develop a reference architecture that includes data domain specs
• 2. Hands on design database like Tier Architecture, DBMS, Distributed Databases, NoSQL Databases and Enterprise Data warehousing.

• 1. Team Management - Handling team to deliver data related projects.
• 2. Discussion with PUNE SPOC s for understanding requirements.
• 3. Involvement into technical solutions for betterment of deliveries.
• 4. Team Code review.
• 5. T-SQL, PL-SQL Coding, Database design and Query Optimizations.

a) Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or related field

b) Work Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in core technology organization or banking
