Job Description
Work closely with IT and development team for Compliance System development. Owning effective working of Compliance tool for all sub functions of compliance. Work to create comprehensive compliance system covering entire compliance activities through the system.
Major Activities carried out by the role
1. Major Activity 1
Managing end-to end Project management, requirement gathering and development of comprehensive compliance system for all compliance activities,
Perform testing and sustenence
Work closely with IT and Finance team for development and smooth functioning of compliance tool for all modules.
2. Major Activity 2
Ensure BRD Submission, UAT testing, monitor deliveries and smooth functioning of developed system.
Engage and work closely with sub functions within compliance unit (eg. CMT, ICF, advisory team etc)
Engage with seniors and key stakeholders
Co-work with compliance sub functions for development and effective use on compliance tool
3. Major Activity 3
Tracking and moderating project status through system.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
Work closely with IT and Prioritize system development as per organizations Compliance requirement.
- Co-ordination with stakeholders and submitting on various tool requirement|- Engagement with all HODs / Sr. Management for understanding needs and effective delivery of compliance system
- Continuous engagement and co-working with all users.
Major Challenges
It s a new initiative in Compliance function. Initial challenges are expected till the time framework is regularized.
- Need of speedy delivery of Comprehensive Compliance tool
- Very high expectation from the role.
Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
Post graduate / MBA.
Project Management experience including Initiation, requirement gathering, development tracking, testing and sustenance
