Job Description


Will be primarily responsible for Launch of new initiatives, developments & products which directly contribute to business volume and KPI metrics delivery for all key business areas as per budget. He should have an orientation towards driving change, keeping tabs on numbers, managing distribution & promoting innovation. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Driving KPI Metrics & Projects for below businesses:
o Unsecured Professional Loans
o Medical Equipment Finance
o Prospect Salaried Loans
o Prospect Personal Loans
Design, execute and manage Capability developments & go live within timelines for all business segments
Launch of Initiatives, Products which directly contribute to business volume
Intense focus on achieving both short term and long-term goals
Champion the product and process management of BFL and ensure right people are actively engaged in the right discussion to execute product programs
Should be able to drive and execute an agenda in a fluid environment
Assume increasing responsibilities and are not constrained by boundaries
Challenge the status quo, promote the culture of deep and wide thinking and create a high performing team

Cross functions stakeholder management for project delivery.
Living up to expectations of Sales Team for all businesses; understanding gaps & resolution.
Multi-tasking as per business priorities from time to time.
Conflict management between teams.

Extensive research and evaluate multiple initiatives to suit business DNA.
Prioritization of deliverables and implementation through relentless Rigour.
Decisioning on Business Risk Metrics & policy.

HDFC & BAGIC Team for Bundled & Non-Bundled Insurance products.
CPP for Value-added service products.
Team Lease team for Headcount allocation and Off role management.
ATPL for Call centre management.

Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. Excellent relationship skills. Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter. Proficient in applications - Microsoft Office/SFDC/Customer Eye.
b) Work Experience
Candidate should be management graduate with minimum 5 years of work experience after post-graduation.
