Job Description

Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
Owning of the Central RCU activities for Gold Loan.
IBA Onboarding process to be owned for RCU activity.
Training and Communications of fraud & fraud trends to the sourcing teams.
Process owner for all pre and post fraud control checks.
Responsible for desktop investigation of fraud reported cases and further close looping with respective stakeholders.
Learning and findings to be share with respective stakeholders for process/policy changes.
Proactively Identifying high risk areas and intimation to Business/Risk team for early action.
Identifying the triggers and implement in regular checking process to enhance RCU check process.
Capacity to build healthy co-ordination with central and field teams.
Generating and maintaining MIS reports pertaining to process of corrective actions and presenting the same to the management for facilitating decision making
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualification should be Graduation
Knowledge of Gold loan process.
Knowledge of FD Product.
