Manager - Underwriting

Understand and have knowledge of End to end cycle of coding and products
Work with Risk team to manage and maintain system rules and policies on BRE
Execute ongoing coding, maintenance, enhancements on BRE
Work on UAT, Go-live support & monitoring.
Support ongoing system builds, system enhancements and changes across businesses, facilitate risk team with all Decision System data requirements for analyses.
Work on Ad Hoc Projects / System-Process New Capabilities through BRE
Understand Decision Systems DataMart tables and data structure.
Ensure timely delivery of all related activities including support.
Continuous review of high risk processes through exception report handling
Follow-up on open issues & Business tracker with supporting teams & timely closure
Ensure continuous improvement/enhancement to systems by identifying gaps proactively. Required Qualifications and Experience
Graduate with 2+ years experience in IT domain in lending business with specific experience
Knowledge of Decision Systems related rule engine is must
Exposure to language like JAVA would be preferred
Effective analytical, data management and presentation skills.
