Senior Quality Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced UI Automation Lead to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will mentor and guide a team of automation engineers, while actively contributing to the design, development, and implementation of automated testing solutions across our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of automation engineers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and high-achieving team environment.
• Test Automation Excellence:
• Design, develop, and implement robust automated testing solutions for web and mobile platforms.
• Set up test environments and maintain automation test scripts.
• Execute and analyze various types of testing, including end-to-end, regression, smoke, performance, and API testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless test execution.

Technical Proficiency:

• Expert-level knowledge of Java for automation scripting.
• Familiarity with Python or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, RestAssured etc.
• Familiarity with containerization and virtualization.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• An advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium/ Appium.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring automation teams.
