Cluster Manager - Treasury/Senior Cluster Manager

1. Support in Daily Cashflow management which includes Investment, borrowing & banking operation related activities
2. Ensuring Treasury Operation function is executed based on best practice. Leading monthly closure in relation to treasury - TRM & SAP FI, bank reconciliation.
3. Strictly following on treasury calendars. Identifying and mitigating risk during treasury operations
4. Maintenance of Banking approval matrix. Fully understand banking requirements, banking cut-offs, and banking processes to manage complex and time critical banking needs.
5. Support in managing the SGL related operational work
6. Prepare & execute all borrowing related documents. Coordinate with Banks, brokers & Trustee for borrowing related compliance, documentation & queries Key Decisions / Dimensions
1. Tactical decision making on investment for the day or borrowing required for the day. Weekly cashflow Projections to be undertaken for making strategic decision Major Challenges
1. Ensure no errors in cashflow related decision making that may lead to utilization of WCDL by a large amount
2. SGL transactions to be executed with proper checks and ensure timely funding of the respective account

  Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications - B.com, CA, MBA
b) Work Experience
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in treasury operations
