This position is created to optimize and seamlessly deliver the capabilities for Mobility in B2B business. Candidate will be responsible for leading discussions & executing various initiatives ranging from IT deliveries & other horizontal capabilities and driving efficiencies for the business through the same. He / She should Be a great team manager Have a strong knack for ideation & execution.
o Lead & deliver key capabilities of SFDC app called - Mobility (Mobile First approach).
o Employee needs to have sound knowledge of processes and frontend platform like SFDC.
o Analyze business requirements, check the feasibility & prepare project charter by getting inputs from all stakeholders.
o Manage system/functionality development or system enhancements across multiple systems & platforms.
o Own up end to end delivery of new enhancements in the system by completing the UAT, partnering with IT teams like Quality Assurance, IT Delivery team.
o Track the impact of capabilities with regards to business volume.
o Deliver efficiencies through Mobility.
o Impart trainings on the usage of all new enhancements through Training team.
o Establish relationship and collaborate with internal clients and external vendors to deliver on the desired requirement.
o Needs to be able to work with cross functional teams & should have team management skills.
o Strong influencing, negotiating, and facilitation skills.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and task without compromising on quality. Key Decisions / Dimensions

Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
Post-Graduation MBA - 5-6 yrs
Graduate (Technology) - 6-8 yrs
b) Work Experience
6-8 years of prior experience in relevant roles, preferably in app development, Salesforce or B2B front end platform
The candidate should have experience in managing team
Should have an innovative bent of mind
Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
