3- 4 years of experience in lending business with specific experience in Unsecured lending
Proficiency in data analysis- understanding and processing data to arrive at meaningful risk metrics and relevance to portfolio conditions
Excellent Excel & Power Point proficiency
Basic understanding of IT / System skills.
Expertise in understanding Financials and Banking and Bureau information.
