Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities  
RBI Regulatory COE:
 Work closely with the RBI Reporting Team to provide project management support, oversee project timelines and deliverables, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
 Serve as the primary point of contact for the Finance Team during RBI inspections
 Provide project management support to the Reporting Team, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying risks and issues
 Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
 Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for RBI inspections
 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
 Identify areas for process improvement and work with the Finance Team to implement changes
 Act as a liaison between the Finance Team and other departments within the organization    

Required Qualifications and Experience  
a) Qualifications

 CA / CA Inter having minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
 Having strong background of accounting & financial systems
 Strong understanding of RBI regulations and requirements
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
 Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
b) Work Experience
 1 - 2 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
