Key contributor to solution discussion of Use Cases

Identification of Use Cases to onboard LOBs and drive Rewards platform adoptionEnsuring proper record maintenance of PRD, test cases and product documentation

Major ChallengesClient management Managing various clients from various industriesEnsuring pristine credit quality

Required Qualifications and Experiencea)

QualificationsCA / MBA Finance from a reputed institute preferred.b)

Work Experience

Candidate needs to have an overall experience of more than 3 years in a Emerging Corporate

- RM role with a reputed Bank / NBFC would be preferred

He must have exposure in lending to Emerging Corporate clients (Companies with revenue 200 Cr)Basic understanding of working capital and term lending products

Flair and ability to evaluate business opportunities

Relationship building and networking skills

Strong communications and presentation skills

Ability to get a given assignment/ job completed within the stipulated timeline
