Position Title- Head of Department

Experience – above 15 years

JD:

   • Monthly, weekly, daily production scheduling for FG as well as in-house manufactured components.

   • Controlling manufacturing processes by strictly following SOPs to ensure right quantity & right quality.

'    Rework and rejection control through proper analysis and action 

     Reduce Scrap cost in the shop floor 

      Record and analyze Shop floor issues and resolve them to reduce PPM. 

      Control Power cost and consumable cost in the shop floor. 

      Control and deliver required Manpower cost productwise.  

   • Ensuring adherence of SQPDCM (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Cost & Morale) to manufacture cost-

     Effective, high-quality products with safety of man, machine with its optimal utilization.

   • Production of FG as per daily plan, prioritization to complete urgencies indicated by customers.

   • Review/Revise SOP’s on decided frequencies to have better control on production processes.

   • Prepare Production budget, monitoring budget & expenses.

   • Cycle time reduction, lead time reduction to ensure timely availability of FG.

   • Training to operators & Supervisors for skill enhancement & to achieve targeted production quantities

      by assuring quality, safety, cost & morale.

   • Co-ordination with other departments for un-interrupted production.

   • Maintaining 5S in Manufacturing shops & offices.

   • MIS Reports, review with management, data analysis & action plan to achieve desired targets.
