Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) focused on converting provided leads into satisfied clients. The ideal candidate will excel in closing sales, managing client interactions, and delivering exceptional service. This role is integral to our growth strategy, leveraging pre-generated leads to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Receive and review leads provided by the company. Engage with prospects via phone, email, or virtual meetings to understand their financial needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Sales Closure: Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to effectively close deals. Address client objections, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales process. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized attention and addressing queries promptly.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure a smooth conversion process. Maintain regular communication to keep prospects engaged and informed.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Bajaj Capitals product offerings, market trends, and industry developments to provide accurate information and make compelling sales pitches.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in financial services will be an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services sector, with a focus on telecalling, cross-selling, and lead generation.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly life insurance.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and telecalling tools.
    • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
