Digital Marketing Lead


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing who has a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in SEO (white, black, and grey hat strategies), paid advertising, affiliate marketing, social media management, content creation, and digital design (including tools like Canva). This person should be a creative thinker, results-driven, and passionate about staying ahead of industry trends to achieve impactful business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Management:
    • Lead all SEO efforts for the company, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategies, and technical SEO.
    • Implement both white-hat and grey-hat SEO techniques to drive organic growth while adhering to search engine guidelines.
    • Black-hat SEO knowledge to identify potential risks or loopholes (must be used ethically and strategically).
    • Perform competitor analysis and identify opportunities to outperform competitors in SERPs.
    • Manage link-building campaigns and oversee backlink quality to boost domain authority.
  • Paid Media & PPC Campaigns:
    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
    • Develop strategies for paid search, display ads, and retargeting to drive qualified traffic and increase conversion rates.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing for better ROI.
    • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Affiliate Marketing:
    • Develop and manage an effective affiliate marketing program, focusing on identifying key affiliates, building relationships, and optimizing performance.
    • Monitor affiliate activities and campaigns, ensuring they align with the companys brand and business goals.
    • Track affiliate sales and commission structures to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop and implement strategies for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
    • Create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.
    • Manage the content calendar and oversee content creation and distribution across multiple channels.
    • Use social media analytics tools to measure and optimize campaigns, increasing follower growth, and interaction rates.
  • Content Marketing:
    • Work with the content team to produce blog posts, eBooks, videos, and other media assets that engage and inform customers.
    • Ensure content is optimized for both SEO and user engagement.
    • Oversee content distribution across email campaigns, social media, and third-party platforms.
  • Digital Design (Canva/Other Tools):
    • Use Canva or similar tools to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, ads, and blog posts.
    • Ensure all visual assets are aligned with the brand identity and marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce custom graphics, banners, and other assets as needed.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Facebook Insights, etc., to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Produce regular reports for stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to continually improve campaign outcomes.
  • Stay Updated on Trends:
    • Continuously monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and new marketing tools to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
    • Be proactive in experimenting with new marketing channels and emerging digital trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, and social media.
  • Expertise in SEO: Strong knowledge of white-hat, grey-hat, and black-hat SEO strategies, with a focus on ethical practices.
  • Paid Advertising Skills: Expertise in managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
  • Social Media Management: Hands-on experience in managing social media channels, creating content, and analyzing performance.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Proven ability to develop and manage successful affiliate marketing programs.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or other similar platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
  • Content Creation: Experience creating engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Understanding of how to improve website conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, SendinBlue, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Growth Hacking: Experience in innovative strategies to accelerate business growth using digital tools and methods.
  • Video Marketing: Familiarity with video editing software and video-based marketing strategies for platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
