Virtual Relationship Manager

A Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) manages customer relationships remotely, providing support and services to clients. VRMs may work in a contact center, handling calls and other communications.
Responsibilities
Build relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure their satisfaction
Understand needs: Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions
Provide support: Resolve client inquiries and issues, and provide excellent virtual assistance
Meet targets: Achieve sales targets and meet portfolio benchmarks
Promote products: Promote digital banking services and sell investment products like mutual funds, insurance, and accounts
Cross-sell: Cross-sell products and services, and up-sell to existing customers
Adhere to regulations: Follow guidelines and regulatory requirements, and adhere to information security norms
