- As our B2B Marketing Manager, you will have a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, analytical skills and a measure of practical roll your sleeves up to get the job done.
- Working closely with the Marketing Director, content and marketing automation team, you will be experienced with digital media, content & social, email and live events.
- The B2B Marketing function is relatively new to Edvoy and we are looking for someone to make their mark and help grow our B2B vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Craft and execute growth marketing strategies and campaigns to elevate user acquisition and retention for Edvoy Edge.
- Campaign Management: Manage campaigns on and offline for partner acquisition and retention.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain exceptional relationships with sales and product teams, effectively collaborating across teams, including remote work settings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Deliver exceptional campaigns through collaboration with our creative teams.
- Channel Optimization: Deliver across diverse marketing channels-social media, email, and content-to meet ambitious marketing objectives and KPIs.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor key growth metrics, demonstrating clear ROI and driving informed decision-making.
- User Engagement: Conduct market research and understand user journeys and implement creative strategies to engage B2B audiences, enhancing their overall experience.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine marketing processes, showcasing strong project management capabilities to ensure smooth execution.
- Industry Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ownership mentality regarding campaign planning and management.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly in collaborating with creative, product, and sales teams.
- Proficiency in performance analytics, demonstrating ROI for marketing plans.
- Understanding of user journeys and a drive to creatively engage B2B audiences.
- Proven ability to create, follow, and optimize processes as an excellent project manager.
- Experience in live events and/or merchandise is desirable
