To that end, it is looking for skilled Python Developers with Machine Learning (ML) expertise to improve its LLM prompt engineering and its ML Tools automation for a suite of products

Job Title: Data Scientist / Analyst - Python Developer with prior ML (Machine Learning) Expertise

Location: Andheri East

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Saturdays: 2 off, other 2 Saturdays will be work from home

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Python Developer with prior Machine Learning (ML) experience to join our growing tech team. In this role, you will work with our tech team in building cutting edge AI agents for sales, support, and content. You will also work with our ML team in building models that can automate various digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prompt Engineering: Develop, test and improve Python-based prompts and APIs to various LLMs; to support chatbots and other AI agents

- Process Automation: Work with tech team to build Automation tools and processes

Additional Responsibilities

- Understand business needs and build a SQL data master for analysis and automation

- Work with data analysts to gather, preprocess, and clean data for ML and AI modeling.

- Optimize the performance of Python-based prompts to existing ML and AI (API) models, based on data insights and results.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in Prompt Engineering and Machine Learning.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Python Developer, with a strong background in ML modeling and data analysis.

- Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

- Familiarity with databases and data storage solutions (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).

- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
