Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Quality & Test System

Essential Criteria:

Experience in Electronics /Lighting manufacturing industry

Preferred Experience / Knowledge

• Experience in Establishing and maintaining Quality Documentation such as Procedure, Formats, Work and Test Instructions.
• Experience in Calibration management of monitoring and Measuring Instruments from NABL Accredited Laboratories
• Experience in Coordinating Monitoring and Measuring activities during Inward QA RM parts, In-process QA and Final inspection/PDI of FG product.
• Experience in Ensuring the Corrective and Preventive actions are initiated by the concerned in case of NCs observed during all the stages in production and further its effectiveness.
• Experience in SMT process Quality & Electronics products manufacturing process - preferably LED drivers
• Basic knowledge of ESD, soldering & visual inspection of PCBs.
• Knowledge of 8D, 7 QC tools, ISO standards, BIS requirements, Electrical tests & parameters of LED drivers (preferably)
• Experience in rejection level monitoring, Rejection analysis & actions to control the rejection levels.
• Knowledge of electrical (Labview based) & environmental testing of LED drivers will be the added advantage.
• Test jigs & fixtures development for ATE (Automatic test equipment)
• Burn-in set up preparation for reliability & testing during New Product Introduction
