Role & responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging written and video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, email newsletters, and video channels.
• Produce content in multiple languages to reach diverse audiences across different regions.
• Research agriculture-related topics and trends to generate innovative content ideas.
• Write clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly copy for various channels.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure quality and accuracy before publication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan, script, and produce video content that supports storytelling and showcases Pan Seeds products and industry expertise.
• Plan content flow and develop visually appealing, high-conversion landing pages for promotional campaigns.
• Craft compelling and conversion-oriented ad copies for all promotional campaigns.
• Conduct competition analysis and mapping to ensure content remains relevant and competitive in the market.
• Plan, create, and manage content for the brands Wikipedia page to enhance online presence and credibility.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage the readiness and accuracy of website content and oversee other content-related activities as needed.
• Plan and create SOPs for content-related processes, and manage and coordinate these with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient functionality.
• Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adjust content strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with external contributors, such as media agencies, freelancers, and influencers, to ensure content creation goals are met.
• Collaborate with all internal stakeholders and departments to generate new content ideas and establish processes for consistent content creation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Portfolio of published articles, blog posts, social media content, or other relevant examples.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and vernacular.
• Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
• Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., Word Press, Drupal) and social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
