Job Profile:

- We are hiring Manager - Fund Raising to help us in arranging Funds for the growth of these Portfolio Companies.

As the Manager - Fund Raising, expectations are as follows:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the portfolio company's growth objectives.

- Capital Raising: Lead efforts to liaise and raise equity and debt capital from Anchor Investors, Institutional Investors, HNIs, Ultra HNIs, Family Offices, Banks and other Financial Institutions.

- Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, ensuring effective communication and reporting.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investors looking for investment opportunities.

- Deal Structuring: Negotiate and structure financing deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to facilitate smooth fundraising processes.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education: MBA-Finance / CFA / CA

- Experience: About 10 years of experience in Investment Banking or a similar role, with a proven track record in SME capital raising

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian financial markets, regulatory environment, and funding mechanisms.

- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; analytical mindset; and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Network: Established relationships with key stakeholders in the investment community.
