Job Summary
 Provide Level 3 support for web applications and systems built with Go, cloud environments (AWS), database services (Postgres, Snowflake), and data pipelines (Fivetran, Flyte)
 Debug and fix issues related to the functionality, performance, security and availability of the web products using various tools and techniques
 Collaborate with other developers, QA testers, business analysts and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions
 Follow best practices and standards for coding, testing, documentation and deployment
Responsibilities:
 Provide Level 3 support for AMS (Application Management Services) clients, including incident management, problem management and change management
 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backend applications, databases, servers and network
 Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents
 Communicate with clients and stakeholders on the status and resolution of incidents and requests
 Document and update the knowledge base and SOPs for AMS processes and procedures
Years of experience needed
 5+ years of experience in AMS L3 support, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience
 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to application development, deployment, and performance
 5+ years of experience in working with ITIL processes and tools, such as incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management
 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated work experience
 5+ years Experience using Go, cloud environments (AWS), database services (Postgres, Snowflake)
 5+ years experience using data pipelines (Fivetran, Flyte).
Technical Skills:
 Experience in Go, cloud environments (AWS), database services (Postgres, Snowflake)
 Experience with data pipelines (Fivetran, Flyte)
Certifications Needed:
 Bachelors in engineering or Masters in Computer Applications
