Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Grievance Officer who is fluent in Tamil/Hindi to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and outbound calls, collect and update data accurately, and maintain comprehensive records using management information systems (MIS). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi/Tamil, attention to detail, and proficiency in using computer software for data entry and analysis.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients, customers, or prospects in Hindi/Tamail to provide assistance.
2. Update and maintain accurate records of all calls, transactions, and interactions in the MIS database.
3. Prepare and generate reports, dashboards, and presentations based on MIS data to support decision-making processes.
4. Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
5. Follow up with clients or customers as needed to gather additional information or provide updates.
6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all interactions and activities.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in spoken Hindi/Tamil is essential.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
3. Proficiency in using computer software for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data recording and reporting.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
