Back Office Executive (Repairs) at Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities

1. **Receive and Sort**: will be responsible for receiving both sold and unsold jewelry pieces from various stores for repair.

2. **Inspection**: will inspect and assess the condition of each piece to determine the necessary repairs needed.

3. **Repair Execution**: will perform repairs on jewelry items in coordination with Karigar/Babu, which may include cleaning, polishing, stone setting, resizing, and re-plating, using the appropriate tools and techniques.

4. **Quality Assurance**: All repairs will be completed within the specified timeframe and will adhere to the quality standards established by the company.

5. **Record Keeping**: will maintain accurate records of all repairs, including details of the work performed, materials used, raw material balance stock, and any additional charges that may apply.

6. **Communication**: will keep the Repairs Manager informed regarding the status of stock repairs, providing regular updates on progress and completion.

7. **Coordination**: will coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to address any issues or concerns regarding the repairs.

8. **Organization**: will assist in managing and organizing necessary tools and supplies to ensure they are available for the repair process.

9. **Customer Service**: will address customer inquiries and concerns regarding repairs in a timely and professional manner.
