Role & responsibilities

Job description

• Manage phone calls, respond to emails, schedule appointments, organize files, and maintain office supplies
• Provide a pleasant experience for customers by interacting with them and addressing their complaints
• Maintain important documents, files, and records in an organized manner
• Keep all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order fresh stock
• Supervise the housekeeping department and ensure that all the items are there in the stock
• Attend meetings and trainings as per requirement . Front office executives should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention
