Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Associate with a keen interest in transitioning into SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM. The ideal candidate will be involved in key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR reporting. HR-Domain Experience


1.Talent Acquisition:

    • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and assist in selecting candidates that fit the teams needs.
    • Help organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events.

2. Employee Engagement and Well-being:

    • Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
    • Assist in creating and implementing programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
    • Act as a liaison for employees regarding HR-related inquiries or concerns.

3. Performance Management:

    • Support the performance review process by collecting feedback and preparing reports.
    • Maintain performance management systems and assist managers in tracking employee performance and development goals.
    • Assist in creating development plans for employees based on performance feedback.

4.HR Policies and Procedures:

    • Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
    • Provide general HR guidance to employees on policies such as attendance, benefits, and compensation.
    • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

5.HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee files and HR records.
    • Support the administration of benefits programs, including open enrollment and addressing employee questions.
    • Assist with payroll processing by ensuring all timekeeping and compensation data is accurate.

6.HR Reporting and Analytics:

    • Generate and maintain reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training participation.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and support HR decision-making.
    • Assist in preparing reports for management on HR performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors OR Master degree in Engineering ,IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM,ADP, Workday, or similar HRIS systems).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Transition to any HR software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
