Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai, India
Job Description:
We're looking for a dynamic Sales team member to join us in Mumbai. The right fit will help drive sales for our interior design products and services. They'll be the first point of contact for new leads, managing inquiries and building positive relationships.
Job Duties:
- Identify potential clients from inbound/outbound leads and pass qualified leads to the senior sales manager for further action
- Follow up with customers regularly to schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Create attractive presentation decks using PowerPoint or Canva to showcase our products and services to clients.
- Record all call and sales information meticulously within our CRM system. Maintain organized customer interaction documentation and database management
-- Experience in the interior/furniture industry preferred but not required.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Results-driven with persistence in achieving targets.
- Patient and capable of handling customer objections effectively.
Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic AI
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably related.
- Familiarity with interior design or furniture industry is a plus but not required.
