Performance Analyst

PERFORMANCE ANALYST

Department: Product Application

Overview: Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our textile chemical products in various applications by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support product development, technical service and sales efforts

Scope of Work:

1. Design and conduct performance tests for textile chemicals according to industry standards and customer specifications
2. Analyze test data using statistical methods to assess the impact of our products on fabric properties (e.g., colorfastness, wrinkle resistance, water repellency)
3. Generate reports and presentations that effectively communicate test results and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders
4. Collaborate with product development, technical service, and sales teams to identify new application areas for textile chemicals and optimize existing formulations
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in textile testing methodologies
6. Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, ensuring compliance with quality control procedures
7. Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with performance experts

Qualifications: B.Sc (Chemistry/Textile Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering/Textile Engineering) / other similar qualifications
